jldbt Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause. These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English version shall be the authoritative version in any dispute.

By registering an account on jldbt, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and continue to be met for as long as your account remains active:

• You are a natural person aged 18 years or older. jldbt does not permit players under 18 to register, access, or use its services under any circumstances.
• You are accessing jldbt voluntarily and for your own personal entertainment. You are not registering or acting on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of accessing this platform from your location.
• All personal information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful. jldbt reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended jldbt account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate account registrations will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jldbt employee, and are not affiliated with any game provider or software supplier listed on the platform in a way that could create a conflict of interest.

During registration, you will be required to provide a valid email address, a mobile number (Bangladeshi numbers accepted), and to create a secure password. jldbt may also request additional documentation during the KYC process, including a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of the payment method(s) used on the account.

As a registered player on jldbt, you accept full responsibility for maintaining the security and integrity of your account. The following obligations apply at all times:

• Confidentiality of login credentials: You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. jldbt will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your credentials have been compromised, change your password immediately and contact support.
• Accurate and current personal details: If any of your registered personal details change — including your name (following a legal name change), address, contact number, or email — you must update your account profile promptly. Outdated information can delay KYC verification and withdrawal processing.
• Responsible account use: Your jldbt account is for your sole personal use. You must not share, transfer, sell, or otherwise allow any other person to access or operate your account. Any activity conducted through your account credentials is your sole responsibility.
• No automated access: You must not use bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, screen scrapers, or any automated means to access, interact with, or extract data from the jldbt platform. Such activity constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• Device and connection security: You are responsible for ensuring that any device from which you access jldbt is free from malware, keyloggers, and unauthorised access. jldbt cannot be held liable for losses arising from the use of compromised devices or unsecured public networks.

jldbt strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for an additional layer of security. Players who enable 2FA benefit from enhanced account protection, and jldbt may require 2FA verification before processing large withdrawals.

In the event that jldbt detects unusual login activity — such as access from an unrecognised device, a new geographic location, or multiple failed login attempts — the platform may temporarily lock your account and require you to verify your identity before regaining access. This is a protective measure, not a punitive one.

All financial transactions on jldbt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The platform supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability and bank approval)

Deposits: Deposit transactions are typically credited to your jldbt account within 60 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by jldbt, although your chosen payment provider may apply their own transaction caps. jldbt does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their standard service charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the jldbt finance team during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Standard processing time is between 15 and 60 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and up to 3 business days for bank transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete the KYC verification process in full, including submission of a valid government-issued ID and proof of your payment method.

Payment method consistency: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit on your jldbt account. jldbt reserves the right to request additional verification if a withdrawal is requested to a new payment method. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals.

Declined transactions: jldbt is not liable for deposit failures or withdrawal delays caused by the player's bank or mobile financial service provider. If a deposit is deducted from your wallet but not credited to your jldbt account within 10 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number immediately.

jldbt offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include, but are not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotional campaigns tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on jldbt unless the individual offer page specifies otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated on the offer page, which may include account verification status, deposit history, or geographic location within Bangladesh.
• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for jldbt welcome bonuses is stated on the individual offer page. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets have an expiry period from the date of issue. Any unused bonus funds or unmet wagering requirements at the point of expiry will be removed from the account without compensation.
• One bonus per offer: Each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. jldbt uses technical means to detect and prevent multiple claims of single-use offers.
• Withdrawal of real money while a bonus is active: Where a player has an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements, requesting a withdrawal of real-money funds may result in the bonus and associated bonus-derived winnings being voided. • Abuse of bonuses: jldbt reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings from any player who is found to have exploited, manipulated, or abused promotional offers — including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting against oneself using different accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent.

jldbt's promotional calendar is updated regularly. Players are encouraged to check the promotions section of the platform and to read the full terms of each individual offer before opting in.

By placing bets or participating in any game on jldbt, you acknowledge that you understand the rules of the game or betting market in question and that you accept the outcome of fairly conducted results. The following general rules apply across all products on the jldbt platform:

• Bet confirmation: A bet or wager is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by jldbt's system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed during a system error, network disruption, or odds feed failure may be voided at jldbt's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and market. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a wager. jldbt reserves the right to adjust individual player stake limits at any time, particularly in response to patterns of betting that suggest professional or systematic play.
• Obvious errors: If odds, game payouts, or bonus terms are published with an obvious error — such as a cricket match offered at mathematically impossible odds — jldbt reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous prices, regardless of whether the bet resulted in a win or a loss.
• Sports betting specific: For cricket betting and other sports markets, jldbt follows industry-standard event settlement rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in scope (e.g., Duckworth-Lewis method applied in T20 matches), or postponed beyond the stated settlement window, specific void and settlement rules apply as detailed in the sports betting rules section of the platform.
• Live casino: Live dealer game results are final once the dealer has announced the outcome and the round has concluded. Disputes regarding live game results must be raised within 24 hours of the game session, accompanied by the game round ID visible in the game interface.
• Random Number Generator (RNG) games: All slot and RNG games on jldbt use certified random number generation. Results are independently verified and cannot be influenced by the platform, the player, or any third party. Each spin, hand, or round is an independent event.

jldbt reserves the right to suspend or cancel any market at any time if it has reason to believe that the integrity of a sporting event or casino game has been compromised. In such cases, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to player balances.

jldbt maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, cheating, collusion, and any form of conduct that undermines the fairness and integrity of the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Opening or operating more than one account on jldbt, whether under the same identity or different identities.
• Using another person's account, payment method, or identity on jldbt, with or without that person's knowledge.
• Colluding with other players — including at live casino tables — to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Using any software, device, algorithm, or strategy designed to systematically exploit game mechanics, odds pricing errors, or bonus structures in a way not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activity, money laundering, or proceeds of crime. jldbt is committed to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Making chargebacks or disputed payment claims through a bank or payment provider while retaining winnings derived from the disputed deposit. Chargebacks are treated as fraud and will result in immediate account suspension and legal referral where appropriate.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit any technical vulnerability in the jldbt platform, including its games, payment systems, account infrastructure, or any third-party software integrated into the platform.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other IP-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise the origin of account activity.

Where jldbt identifies conduct that falls within the categories above, it reserves the right to take all or any of the following actions without prior notice: immediately suspend or permanently close the account; void all pending bets and bonus awards; withhold and forfeit any account balance; recover from the player any funds paid out as a result of fraudulent activity; and refer the matter to law enforcement or financial regulatory authorities.

Players who become aware of a suspected bug, exploit, or pricing error on the jldbt platform are obligated to report it to the support team immediately via email at [email protected]. Deliberately exploiting a known error without reporting it is treated as fraud under these Terms & Conditions.

Player-initiated closure: You may close your jldbt account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any outstanding balance will be paid out to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and there are no active investigations relating to your account. Closure requests are typically processed within 3 business days.

Self-exclusion: If you wish to close your account as a responsible gaming measure, you may request a self-exclusion of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Platform-initiated suspension: jldbt reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that:

• The account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions in any material respect.
• KYC documentation submitted is insufficient, fraudulent, or inconsistent with account activity.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — a notice email will be sent before any dormancy fees are applied).
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to jldbt or to other players on the platform.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requires it.

Effect of closure: Upon closure of your jldbt account — whether initiated by you or by jldbt — any bonus funds, free bet credits, or pending promotional rewards are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances that are legitimately yours will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Data retention after closure: Closure of your account does not result in immediate deletion of your personal data. jldbt retains player records in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection obligations. Governing law and disputes: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which jldbt operates. Any dispute arising from your use of jldbt that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support process should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with full details of the issue, the account involved, and the resolution you are seeking. jldbt will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and aim to provide a full response within 15 business days.
